Job Description

A leading industrial processing company is hiring Production Shift Supervisors to oversee daily plant operations and ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production output. You will be responsible for managing the entire production process during your shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all production activities during the shift
• Monitor and adjust process parameters (temperature, feed rates, performance)
• Ensure product quality standards are consistently met
• Track and report production metrics (output, downtime, incidents)
• Assign tasks and supervise operators and casual workers
• Coordinate with maintenance to resolve equipment issues
• Ensure proper shift handover between teams
• Enforce all safety procedures, including LOTO
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards

Required Skills or Experience

• NVTI Grade I or Grade II
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Experience with high-temperature processes is an advantage
• Basic understanding of PLC systems
• Strong Excel skills for reporting
• Proven leadership ability in a shift environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
