Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical - Mechanical Engineer to support the installation, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical and fire safety systems.
The ideal candidate will ensure all fire safety equipment and electrical components are functioning effectively and meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm and detection systems
• Maintain emergency lighting systems and backup power supplies
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in fire safety and protection systems
• Service fire suppression systems (CO?, FM-200, foam systems, etc.)
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on fire safety equipment
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local fire safety regulations
• Support commissioning of new fire safety installations on client sites
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
• Collaborate with technicians and project teams during installations
• Respond to emergency service calls and system failure

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications & Experience

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years’ experience in electrical maintenance or fire safety systems
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems, control panels, and suppression systems
• Experience with industrial and commercial electrical installations
• Understanding of safety standards and electrical codes
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
